As a professional trainer, my passion is to guide the world towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. My aim is to have your mind and body work in harmony, to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.

Working in an Activ Balance fitness program is like no other experience. I'm here to work on both your body and your mind in partnership. It’s hard work, but it’s the right work – and that’s why it pays dividends. I'm here to actively help you achieve the balance you've always wanted when it comes to fitness, health, and your normal day-to-day. Whether you're a high-flying professional, a mother juggling it all, or someone who is looking for a method that works for you specifically, you're at the right place. There are no tricks! Instead, the only ingredients are determination, desire, knowledge, and consistency.

HOLISTIC COACHING

There can be a million excuses you tell yourself why you aren't "ready" for Personal Training...

You know you want to make the change, however you have been stuck in a loop that leaves you feeling overwhelmed and confused. By the time you are ready to begin, you are in a much different body to what you last recognised. I fully understand this cycle you're in. I've been there. 

At the beginning of most of my client's journey, I literally have the most wonderful, highly intelligent and beautiful people apologise to me for their first in-take photo that they send me. The level of self-esteem is universally super low. I'm here to take that level and elevate it to a place you weren't expecting. I have clients that now frequently adorn swimsuits out on the beach, influence their children to strive to be healthier, take part in races and competitions of the first time and more. When they began their sessions with me, they were only focussing on "toning up" or "dropping a dress size" - what they didn't expect was learning to genuinely love themselves when they look back in the mirror or take new life challenges in their life. 

Your abilities are endless. The first step is acknowledging you want the accountability and the guesswork to be taken away. The second step is turning up, the third turning up, the fourth....well you guessed it. It's time to dedicate time in your week to you and to you only.
